At Sherwell Valley, we consider extra-curricular activities to be essential in boosting our children's confidence to interact socially with others; extend their social networks; and provide them with new skills and abilities. Above all, they offer an important space for our children to have fun and relax away from the pressures of school work.

Our extra-curricular offer builds upon our school PE curriculum, where our children have the opportunity to consolidate learning or practise in a different context. Those children who then demonstrate an interest in this extra-curricular activity, are signposted to wider community opportunities. 

Our extra-curricular offers opportunities for all, whether that is sports, forest schooling or our incredible production where our children showcase their amazing amateur dramatic skills.
